This is a map for the Global Conquest mode of Kane's Wrath. It disables the upgrade base button on the interface, so you are stuck with Tier 1 bases and strike forces. However, you are not limited to Tier 1 during a battle. Also, the AI will upgrade their bases. To play this, go to your Kane's Wrath install folder, go into the Meta folder, and make a copy of the config file. Then unzip the two files in here into the Meta folder, and play the game like normal.
You can play this with normal Kane's Wrath, but I find it works better with the disabled secondary conditions mod that was released not too long ago.
If people like this, I can make more Global Conquest maps with different variations, like seize the continents of Asia and North America for example.
